The two learning stations are installed, and the kids are now forming crowds in front of them – but only after we learned that we have to built a house for the computers, that was not included in the budget. And again: these computers are NOT connected to the internet, their sole purpose here is to empower the kids to teach themselves, using the 500 learning programs on the computers!

WE also learned our first lessons how to deal with the ‘local authorities’ [e.g. the ‘ruling’ local family, the principal of the school, his supervisor], and the other people involved: the contractor, the artist who painted the logos, the people who installed the computers. But to make a long story short: the result is more than convincing and will help us to take the next steps towards the we_school.
