Beyond Broadcast – A New Understanding of Convergence

Yesterday I had the chance to speak to Henry Jenkins at the 24/7 Video Summit. Some people call him the “Marshall McLuhan of the 21st century” (e.g. Howard Rheingold). May be they are right!

We were mainly talking about his new book “Convergence Culture“, which I mentioned before in this blog. He described his understanding of convergence, he gave me an idea of how media is “floating” through the different channels and what impact all of this might have on corporate learning!

Thanks Henry, it was fun talking with you!
