DLD – third: A long day

I entered DLD this morning at 8.30 and I left tonite at 8.30. A long day, full of information and inspiration. My favorite session today were the one with Andreas Weigend (I just posted a link) about China and Linda Stone’s session about: Be visual! She introduced five young entrepreneurs from all over the world using “images” as the driving force behind their business. Some of them are already online, some will go beta in a few weeks. Just check it out!

Each single concept convinced me!

Addy Feuerstein with timeslines, an israeli start-up
Brent Hoberman with mydeco.com
Antonio Rodriguez with Tabblo, which has been sold to HP
Yogev Triki with relive (just signed a big deal wit Nokia), which brings users-generated content and photo geo-tagging to the mobile users, creating a travelogue to be viewed at home or be shared with others.
and Alex Willcock with Imagini.net where over 5 million people have so far discovered their VisualDNA. Using the insights that this extraordinary information has provided, Alex’s team have been developing Youniverse.com.
