This interview I took almost 1 year ago. It was produced at the SAE College in Berlin when Marvin was there for a conference. Minsky received the Fellow Award from the Museum of Computerhistory in October, 2006. It is about his career and his lifelong scientific work in the field of artificial intelligence.
His advice for the students of today: “Avoid competition! Don’t do anything somebody else could do! IT’s a waste of time!”
